Mr. Fahed is a partner at hiyari law firm and he handles criminal cases in the office, he works as a lawyer and associate Professor, and he is a Former Major general of public security Directorate
Mr. Fahed has over 13 years’ experience in practicing law.

Jordanian legislation expert in European Union projects in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Assistant Director of Public Security, Inspector General of the Public Security Directorate, Capital Region Security Commander, Legal Adviser to the Public Security Directorate, Director of the Legal Affairs Department, Member of the Jordanian Court of Cassation, Director of the Royal Police Academy, Director of the College Police Sciences, Director of the Public Security Bureau, Head of the Police Court, Prosecutor General of the Police Court, Director of the Borders of Queen Alia International Airport, Acting Director of Zarqa Governorate Police, Assistant Director of the Licensing Department

He holds a PhD degree in criminal law from Amman Arab University,
